September 9, 2020 – Richmond, VA – Linda Nash will bring 30 years of start-up and health care expertise to a special presentation on September 28, 1:30 – 2:30 p.m. Currently, Nash is the CEO of concierge medicine firm WellcomeMD. Since 1983, she has founded and sold several companies, including Richmond-based PartnerMD, her first concierge medicine brand. She also has helped other businesses during their start-up journeys through Linda Nash Ventures.
During a virtual event next week, Linda will lead an informative and inspiring discussion about her journey as a start-up founder, including how she became a pioneer in concierge medicine.
The virtual event is hosted in partnership with Lighthouse Labs, a startup accelerator based in Richmond, VA. Its current cohort includes a list of eight health care industry start-ups. During the event, Linda will answer questions related to her expertise as an entrepreneur and walk attendees through the stages of starting a company to selling it. She will also touch on innovation and transformations within the healthcare industry — including why concierge medicine is an effective approach to healthcare.
This event will be moderated by Lighthouse Labs Executive Director Erin Powell. She will bring her own start-up background to the conversation, including launching her own eCommerce brand Ginger Juice to growing some of the region’s largest Software as a Service (SaaS) companies.
Registration is open for the event here. When attendees register via EventBrite, they will receive a link and instructions on how to join the September 28 presentation via Zoom. They will also receive a reminder email before the event begins.
